This is currently a rough draft folks, no revision done, mostly just to get a feel for the layout of the blog. That being said, please feel free to read the post and leave a message if you would like.
In the first article of The Ottawa Expositor, I am going to attempt to demonstrate how our 'rights' and 'freedoms' are a facade. The name of this charter should be Our Privileges and Allowances. Our declaration of Independence from the City of London/Her Majesty's Welfare Fund than our charter allowed by this entity.
Why is our name capitalized on our provincial identification?
This shows that we are subject to admiralty law under Capitis Diminutio Maxima, the highest loss of rights possible. Our person is incorporated and synchronized with our SIN, solidifying that our person is not free but under the Commonwealth. If your person is owned by somebody else, you are simply not free.
In Canada, if someone invades your property with intent to undermine your 'right' to life, liberty, and property, you fear for your safety, and you draw a gun on them, YOU have committed a crime unless you can prove beyond a doubt that it was absolutely necessary (good luck with that) at which an officer just informed me that they still recommend only calling the police. In fact, any self defence tool used that goes 'over the perpetrators capabilities' is considered unlawful self-defence. Defence is a universal trait, species evolve to defend themselves, but we make a 'revolution in law' that does nothing to stop the removal of that universal right.
If you are forced to pay for something you don't want from the state, (mandatory public healthcare coverage/ premiums run by big pharma masquerading as state treatment as but one example, a $1B+ CSEC building used to spy on DOMESTIC and foreign individuals being another great example) with your property, you are simply not free.
If you are forced under government back to work legislation,you are simply not free.
If your currency is backed almost completely on fractional reserve debt and not a product of labour, your currency is NOT free. It is created by private banks that charge interest off loans of money THEY CREATED OUT OF THIN AIR, at a ratio of 7-10:1, debted loans to their cash in reserve, you are owned by that debt. Your money is not a currency of wealth but of debt. You are simply NOT free. Just watch how PaulMartin, our former FINANCE minister, squirms in discomfort as he is grilled about how our money is created:

After covering how we are not free of life, liberty and property, it should now be clear that our 'rights' are a facade and our charter, although seemingly a step forward, has removed us of our will to be free,independent individuals capable of our own free will. We are a joke to civil liberty. No governing party has done fuck all in the past 100 years or maybe ever, as we have always been British slaves, to truly bring us to a STATE of true freedom. It is a farce that it is called our rights and freedoms. It should be our Charter of Privleges and Allowances, as they do not come from inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator, but approved by HER *MAJESTY* the queen of all that is the Commonwelfare.
You are either free or not. There is no freedom in any of the points I have presented here. Canadians are not free.
